It is for the information of B.A/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com-Semester 1st, 3rd and 5th that their examination form will be filled w.e.f 6th of January 2023 to 8th of January 2023 in the college. Without filling the examination form, students can't appear in the final examination.

*Note:-

1.Bring one Photograph and photocopy of Marks Card*

1st Semester 10+2 Marks card

3rd Semester 1st Semester Marks Card

5th Semester 3rd and 1st Semester Marks Card

GDC BILLAWAR has released a notice for the students of B.A/B.Sc/BCA/B.Com who are enrolled in the first, third and fifth semesters. The notice informs the students that the examination form filling process for the final exams will take place from 6th January 2023 to 8th January 2023. It is important to note that students who do not fill their examination forms will not be allowed to appear for the final exams.

In order to fill the examination form, students must bring one photograph and photocopies of their marks cards. For first-semester students, they must bring their 10+2 marks card. Third-semester students must bring their first-semester marks card and fifth-semester students must bring both their third and first-semester marks cards.

This notice serves as a reminder for the students to be proactive in the examination form filling process and to make sure that they have all the necessary documents ready for the same. It is imperative for the students to follow the instructions mentioned in the notice in order to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
