 "GDC BILLAWAR LIVE: Request for Exam Postponement

As the students and faculty of GDC Billawar, we respectfully request the Controller of Examination at Jammu University to postpone and reschedule the upcoming exams for Undergraduate (UG) 3rd Semester CBCS and UG 5th Semester CBCS. Our request is based on the fact that a significant portion of the syllabus for many subjects has yet to be completed.

The ongoing pandemic has created numerous challenges for students and educational institutions alike. The abrupt shift to online learning has caused a major disruption in the academic calendar, leading to delays in the completion of the syllabus. Despite the best efforts of both students and teachers, a substantial amount of material still needs to be covered in a limited amount of time.

Given the current situation, it is imperative that the exams be postponed to allow students the necessary time to complete their studies and fully prepare for their exams. This would not only help students to perform to their fullest potential, but also ensure that the exams are conducted in a fair and just manner.

At GDC Billawar, we are committed to providing a high-quality education to our students. We believe that it is our duty to ensure that our students are given every opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. Postponing the exams would allow students to properly prepare, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving their overall performance.

We understand the importance of conducting exams on time and appreciate the efforts taken by the Controller of Examination and Jammu University to maintain the academic calendar. However, in light of the current situation, we believe that postponing the exams is the best course of action for the students and for the university.

We kindly request the Controller of Examination to take our request into consideration and make a decision that is in the best interest of the students. We are confident that a postponement of the exams will benefit not only our students, but also the university and the entire educational system.
